MUSES: Music for Extraordinary Students was a program that taught music to children in foster care and prevention services from 2018-2020. MUSES aimed to empower youth by teaching them how to use the skills and values that are needed to learn an instrument, such as persistence, dedication and self-expression and apply these values to their outside lives.

MUSES was partnered with the Mott Haven Academy Charter School, where students received two individual lessons each week and performed in a concert at the end of each semester for teachers, friends, and family.

MUSES was the recipient of the Alsop Entrepreneurship Award at The New School.
