GIANT Remix In Print
GIANT Remix is a creative ideation and publishing platform for kids that blends physical and digital design experiences. After kids give feedback to the AI agents in the GIANT Remix app, their artifact is published both digitally as e-books and interactive games and physically as professionally-printed trading cards, stickers, hard- and softcover books, postcards, posters and more. To date, we have published and printed 50,000+ artifacts. All designs are created by the GIANT product team, featuring and highlight kids’ ideas as the content and inspiration.
PROJECT ROLES
Director
I oversee an international team of project managers and designers in the creation, design, and development of digital and print products including storybooks, lookbooks, trading cards, games, comics, posters, zines, and more. I have built an efficient workflow to organize and track projects effectively. I collaborate closely with the company’s leaders on forming new partnership opportunities and delegating this work with the broader team. In addition, I train new designers and project managers who join our team.
Project Manager
On some Remix publications, I communicate with partners on specific Remix projects, track submissions and deadlines, coordinate and delegate work to the design team. I also work with the design team to design new Remix Templates to fit different programs, themes, and experiences.
Designer
On some Remix publications, I have been the design lead, and created design guidelines for other designers to follow, as well as the print files for books, book covers, packaging, book covers, stickers, and more.
Writer
On Remix publications that have written componenets, such as game rules, story narratives, or video scripts, I lead the development and of the text
